Complete “find → listen → send to REAPER” first. Then enable AI and project management as needed.

01

1. Add your sound library

  1. 01Open Sounds and create a database in the left sidebar. It records file locations and search information; it does not duplicate your entire audio collection.
  2. 02Add a sound folder to the database, start scanning, and wait for it to finish.
  3. 03Check the database you want to search, enter “metal impact” or a filename, then select a result to audition it.
02

2. Connect REAPER

  1. 01Open a test project in REAPER.
  2. 02Go to Preferences → REAPER Bridge. Follow the page to deploy and start the bridge, then confirm it is connected.
  3. 03Return to Sounds and drag the selected asset into REAPER. To use only part of it, select a range in the waveform first.
03

3. Enable Chat when you need it

  1. 01Open Preferences → AI / LLM. Select your provider, enter the API Key, model, and service address, test the connection, and save.
  2. 02In Chat, select REAPER and make a specific request, such as “Rename the selected tracks Foley 01, 02, and 03 in order.”
  3. 03Review the proposed changes and their targets before running them. Use a project copy for your first test.
04

4. Add REAPER projects

  1. 01In Preferences → Project Library, add a folder containing .rpp projects and scan it.
  2. 02Select a project in Projects. Open it first and check that its media files are available.
  3. 03To audition it in the app, set a Time Selection in REAPER and use the project preview export button in Projects.
